- Last 3 month’s bank statement with bank stamp
- Work certificate mentioning departure, position, & salary addressed to embassy
- Residency for non Lebanese
- You may be asked by the I Visa Services to provide further documentary evidence
- Kindly advise the below information in order to schedule an appointment and please note that you can only submit the visa 60 days prior to your travel date
